Hi! I’m Emma.
I’m the Founder of OffBeat, a workplace consultancy designed to help organisations create truly neuroinclusive cultures.
Why “OffBeat”? Because that is how I have always felt - like I move to a different rhythm, one that didn’t always fall in with the beat of traditional workplaces. But the truth it, it’s those ‘offbeat’ rhythms that have helped me solve problems creatively, connect with others empathetically, and find joy in thinking differently.
OffBeat isn’t just about neurodiversity training or ticking the box on a DEI compliance exercise. It’s about rethinking how we design workplaces so that everyone - neurodivergent and neurotypical alike - can thrive.
